 The vision of Fardis Technology Park Organization and International Innovation Zone of Iran is to become the largest technology production and commercialization area in West Asia, with an area of ââmore than 1000 hectares, in line with the horizon of the country's vision document with the orientation of the first scientific and technological power in the said region.
 The location studies for the establishment of Pardis Technology Park began in December 1999 with the efforts of the Presidential Technology and Innovation Cooperation Center, and finally, in May 1980, it led to the selection of a point within the new city of Pardis to build the park. The main location criteria included: the existence of a suitable scientific and technical structure, the existence of a suitable industrial and economic infrastructure, the existence of suitable urban infrastructure such as transportation networks (airport, railway, highway, etc.), telecommunication networks, electricity, water, sewage, etc., the existence of the necessary resources to provide expert and supporting labor, proximity to national, regional, and international markets, the existence of a suitable climate (water, air, environment, etc.), and the existence Remaining land and suitable conditions.
 After examining several places in Tehran and its surroundings, such as the new city of Parand, the new city of Hashtgerd and the new city of Pardis, finally, a land adjacent to the satellite site of Bomehan was chosen as the place to create the park.
 The current location of the park was considered for these reasons; Adjacent to the urban environment of the campus and the possibility of using urban and residential services of this city, adjacent to a satellite site as a research and communication center, adjacent to a university center under construction, adjacent to Khorram Dasht industrial area and close to Firouzkoh industrial city, suitable distance from Tehran, also, suitable land conditions in terms of topography, price and climate (suitable advantages for creating a park), on the other hand, the existence of a highway under construction (freeway) Tehran - Pardis) which could connect with Tehran as an important scientific, industrial and commercial center that has a lot of specialized and supporting human resources, added to the advantages of creating a park at this point.
 In 1380, the acquisition of the lands of the innovation campus (phase 1) was completed and the ground was laid for the construction of the park, and the acceptance of technology units in the park began in the same year. According to the master plan of Pardis city, about 800 hectares of the city's lands have been used for research and education, and this city has been developed as the first specialized city of the Islamic Republic of Iran with the scientific, cultural and technological mission of a scientific and educational city. One of the goals of making this city mission-oriented is to create the necessary infrastructure to achieve the upstream goals and documents, such as the first scientific rank in the region and providing a complete package to attract and employ the country's elites and specialists.
In line with the establishment of campus technology park, science and technology parks in Austria, France, Canada, Germany and England were visited. In 1379, the activity of the primary core of the Park headquarters team to conduct studies and launch it began at the Presidential Technology and Innovation Cooperation Center. Following the approval of the statutes in 2004 and the appointment of the president of the campus technology park by the then first vice president (Mr. Mohammad Reza Aref), in 2005 the park's headquarters team, after the preparation of the headquarters' space, was moved from Tehran to the current location of the park (20 kilometers east of Tehran in phase 6 of the new campus of the campus) in order to be able to carry out its programs and activities and those of its member companies - which at that time reached about 60 companies - with better speed and quality.  The statute of Pardis Technology Park recognizes the presidential institution as the founding organization of this park.
